New Billing Web Portal!
What Auto Pay Customers Need to Know!
We've transitioned to a new billing system and are pleased to introdude our updated online billing portal. Please note that registering for the new portal is optional, if you prefer not to sign up, you may continue using your current payment method.
Important for Auto Pay Customers
- If you are currently enrolled in Auto Pay through our office using a paper ACH application, your payments will continue without interruption.
- If you previously set up or updated Auto Pay through the old online portal, you will need to:
- Create a new account in the updated portal and re-enter your payment information or,
- Contact The Shasta CSD office for assistance
Getting Started
- Click here "Pay Your Bill Now"
- Click "Register" to create an account
- Once registered, you can:
- Pay your water bill
- Enroll in Auto Pay
- View payment history
- Track water uasge
E-Billing Options
Within your profile settings, you can enroll in e-billing to receive:
- Same-day bill delivery via email
- PDF statements that can be viewed, downloaded, and printed
Quick Pay Option
If you choose not to register, you can still make one-time payments using the "Quick Pay" feature.
